No account and no travel-profile database
You do not need an account. Shanghai Ready does not ask for or intentionally collect passport numbers, bank-card numbers, hotel orders, flight orders, health information, or a complete itinerary.
Transit checker
The checker runs in your browser. Nationality, previous and onward countries or regions, travel dates, port selections, and confirmation boxes are processed on your device and are not submitted to Shanghai Ready.
Checklist
Your country selection and ticks are stored in your browser’s local storage. They are not uploaded and do not sync between devices. Resetting the checklist removes that local checklist record.
Optional Google Analytics 4
In public production, GA4 loads only after you accept analytics. It may record page views and the named actions described on this site, using only page, section, target-page, or content identifiers. Shanghai Ready’s event code prohibits sending nationality, route countries, passport data, travel dates, hotel name, or form contents.
Cookies and consent
Your analytics choice is kept in local storage so the site remembers it. You can decline and still use every guide and tool. In private preview, GA4 does not load.

If GA4 already received anonymous events, changing this local choice stops future loading but cannot reliably identify earlier events as yours.
Official and third-party links
Links to government, venues, payment platforms, and booking channels open websites with their own privacy policies. Shanghai Ready does not control their data practices.
Correction and deletion requests
Email corrections@shanghaiready.com for a privacy question or correction request. Because analytics events are not tied to an account and must not contain travel-form values, we may be unable to identify a past anonymous event as yours. You can stop future analytics with the controls above and ask what options are available.
Do not send sensitive files
Never email passports, identity documents, bank-card details, hotel or flight orders, health records, or a complete travel plan. Shanghai Ready does not need them to investigate a page error.
